Drawing set, eight sheets
Remodeling in Topeka: eight trades, one set of drawings
Kitchens and bathrooms get the attention, but PDQ is a full-service remodeler with its own carpentry and framing crews, a masonry team, window and door installers and an in-house designer. Every kind of work below starts the same way: a free on-site meeting, then a drawing, then our crews.

Kitchens
Custom cabinetry, countertops and finishes, drawn in 3D first and backed by our one-year craftsmanship warranty.
Past kitchens carry names like Feathers & Pearls, The Rustic Cameron, A Touch of Navy and Espresso & Cream.

Bathrooms
Outdated or cramped bathrooms rebuilt from a floor plan and a 3D rendering, by one of Kansas' Master Remodelers.
The Mosimann primary bath, built by Jason, Joe and Bobby with Payton on tile, paint, pulls and fixtures, is the one to look at first.

The rest of the set, from the first footing to the last stone

Additions
Additions built to blend with the house you already have, its rooflines, its materials and its style.
Decks & Patios
Trex and natural wood decks, screened-in porches and exterior stairs, framed by our in-house crew.
Custom Masonry
Stone siding, fireplaces and firepits, indoors and out, laid by Taylor Pressgrove's masonry crew.
Windows & Doors
Pella specialists with several dedicated install crews, from the first measurement to the final inspection.
Aging-in-Place
Three Certified Aging-in-Place Specialists on staff, and a free initial design consultation.
Special Projects
Basements, commercial remodels, ramps and stairs, decor beams, boot benches and stone mailboxes.
How every project starts
Four steps, the same for a bathroom as for a basement, and none of them involves guessing.
- On site
- We meet at your house to talk through your vision, your needs and your goals. The first consultation and the estimate are free.
- Drawn
- Payton Summers, our in-house interior designer, draws floor plans and realistic 3D renderings in SoftPlan. A comprehensive estimate follows, then the selection process.
- Built
- The project is scheduled and the work is done by PDQ crews and skilled craftsmen: our own carpenters, framers, masons and window and door installers.
- Walked
- We finish with a final walk-through, backed by our satisfaction guarantee, so you see the room against the drawing.
