The first on-site meeting, consultation and estimate are free. Someone from the office will call you back, set a time to walk the space, and talk through what you want changed before anything is priced or drawn.
A few lines in your message help us arrive prepared. Mention which rooms are in play, the rough goals (more storage, a bigger island, a safer shower, a porch you can use in July), and anything that already bothers you about the space. Photos are welcome. Email them to sierra@pdqconstruction.biz and put your name in the subject line so we can match them to your request.
Find the shop on NW Tyler Court
The office and showroom are at 531 NW Tyler Ct, Topeka, KS 66608. If you want to see cabinet finishes, tile and countertop samples in person, schedule a visit first so a designer is free to walk you through them.

Several people on the PDQ team started small. Sierra Repp, now an office assistant with six-plus years at the company, began as a student-chapter intern through the Topeka Area Building Association. Taylor Pressgrove, our lead mason, started right after high school and now leads a crew of three.
The company has been remodeling in Topeka since 2003, with its own framers, carpenters, window and door installers, masons, and a designer on staff. When you call, tell us which trade or role you are looking at, whether that is carpentry, the shop, the office, or estimating. We will point your application the right way.
