They can walk you through home equity loans with monthly repayment terms, set up around a project you have already seen drawn and priced.
One thing to be clear about up front: PDQ does not quote interest rates and does not set loan terms. Community Bank does. We would rather say that plainly than quote you a number that is not ours to give.

- What rate will I get?
- We do not post rates on this site, and we will not guess at one. Community Bank sets the terms, so the number comes from them after they review your situation.
